Returns & Replacements
We accept returns and replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging should be retained
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect may be required for verification
Free Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, return shipping will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
Non Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection after purchase
- Minor color variation due to screen settings
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Order number
- Full name
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem

Refunds
For approved defective item returns, we may offer:
- A replacement (preferred), or
- A refund to the original payment method if replacement is unavailable
